Returns Policy for Maxi Global

Would you like to return your purchase? We are ready for you! You can exchange or return items up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Here's how you can make a smooth return:

  1. Send us an email to help@maxi-global.com and we will guide you with the return instructions
  2. We will provide a returns form. Please fill this in clearly and add it to your return package
  3. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving your package.
  4. Once we receive your returned items in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 business days. Our returns department will notify you by email.

  • What are the return conditions?

    Returns period: We offer a 14-day returns period during which customers can return their purchases without giving a reason. This period starts as soon as the package has been delivered. Please remember that the return must reach us within these 14 days.

    Return Policy: All returned items must be in resalable condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  • What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

     In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping or production. If this happens, please email us at help@maxi-global.com with a photo of the damaged item. Our team will address this quickly.

  • How long does a refund take?

    We strive to handle returns quickly. After your return arrives at our warehouse (which you can track), it will take up to 10 business days for processing. You will be notified once the refund has been made. However, it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
